Project Overview
Once home to the largest U.S. mill west of the Mississippi, the Snoqualmie Mill site is being re-imagined as a working landscape supporting the burgeoning local wine and distilling industry. Seeking to combine warehousing and distributing with destination shopping and dining, this unique concept would provide an alternative to neighboring wine centric communities and another source of tax revenue for the historic City of Snoqualmie. Adjacent Snoqualmie Tribal lands, former Japanese mill worker encampments, and frequently flooded landscape will all help shape and define the project.
