Project Overview
The Oaks Masterplan Development is a housing project that weaves its way around existing specimen groves of Oak Trees. A central clubhouse, Ovation at Oak Tree, serves as a central amenity core that includes a pool building, hot tub area, sport courts with shuffleboard and pickleball, and a trail system that connects the site to surrounding trails and street.
