Project Overview
Fora performed initial planning and estimating to help the Bremerton School District receive bond funding for this new athletic complex, and was then selected as the prime consultant to advance the project through the design and construction phases. Significant earthwork was required to balance this steeply graded site and develop a new synthetic turf football/soccer field, track, and multi-use field. The multi-use field was designed to prioritize little league with it’s backstop, dugouts and bullpens, and also accommodate soccer and lacrosse. Both fields feature lighting for nigh time use, and spectators areas with bleachers of various sizes. The project also featured a concessions building, restrooms, indoor storage and a new parking lot for visitors. The project is currently under construction and is expected to be completed on time and under budget in 2024.
