Project Overview
Completed in Summer 2020, Merrill Gardens Rolling Hills was the first Assisted Living/ Memory Care development in Rolling Hills Estates. With 94 assisted living units and 20 memory care units, the development also includes indoor and outdoor amenities with landscaped courtyards and a below grade parking facility. Fora provided the design for the memory care courtyard over structure, on-grade main amenity courtyard, and entry plaza.
