Project Overview
Located at the intersection of 5th Avenue and Madison Street in the heart of downtown Seattle adjacent to the Seattle Central Library and U.S. Courthouse, Madison Centre anchors the streetscape with a glass rotunda that activates the streetscape with tenant-focused amenities. Fora provided the streetscape and amenity roof deck design for the project, featuring large sculptural basalt seat elements that circle the rotunda, accent basalt paving, and lush plantings that frame the Rotunda. The roof deck design features lush plantings and lounge amenity rooms.
