Infusing Play with Art
Grant Center for the Expressive Arts is a full campus renovation that provides a new facility which embodies the school’s core subjects and art disciplines in the form of Learning Neighborhoods, and an inspired site design that infuses art, creative play, and nature outdoor exploration in moments throughout the site, providing diverse experiences and encourages performance and exploration. The campus design features playful striping and curving pathways that weave throughout the site, creating spaces and opportunities for gathering and learning, new playground areas, a new synthetic turf play field, and a courtyard amphitheater space adjacent to the performing arts theater.
