Project Overview
Located in the heart of downtown Bellevue, the Four106 office mixed-use building complex project is a multi-phased project that will include a public commons plaza space at the amenity pavilion, and streetscape improvements that will enhance the pedestrian experience at the street level. A series of roof amenity terrace spaces are provided for the office building tenants.
