Project Overview
Long in the planning stages, the Everett Riverfront project will finally replace an abandoned city landfill with a new vibrant community. After overcoming environmental hurdles of this brownfield site, a new central gathering space, flanked by a theater and restaurants, will house concerts, maker’s markets, and other much desired public events. Sited between a declining industrial landscape and a difficult to access portion of the Snohomish River, the mixed use commercial development will honor both its blue collar roots and its restored natural setting.
