Project Overview
Bogtown Flats is an 85-unit mixed-use building tucked away in Seattle’s vibrant Greenwood neighborhood, with six stories of apartments and six live/work units at the street level. 20% of the units fall under the city of Seattle’s multifamily property tax exemption program.
With views directed towards the Olympic mountains, amenity spaces at the roof deck include an outdoor kitchen, lushly planted seating areas, and a fire pit lounge. A tranquil courtyard at the lower terrace has private patios facing a central planting area filled with feather grasses and mature evergreen trees preserved during construction. Patios are provided for the live/work units at the street level.
