Project Overview
Adjacent to Anderson Park, Aria Flats offers the comfort of living adjacent to open green space while providing the convenience of living within a couple blocks’ distance from the urban Redmond core. Entry-stoops, balconies, and an amenity roof deck open out to territorial views of the park and Mt. Rainier. Fora sought to bring a bit of the park experience into the Aria Flats project by enhancing connectivity to the park as well as providing lushly planted entry stoops at the street and terrace level. The roof terrace uses park-like materials such as gravel paving for the fire pit lounge and green roof “lawns” at patios that open out to the amenity roof deck.
