Project Overview
The Anhalt Renovation + Addition project involved restoring the Anhalt 1930’s historic landmark into its original residential use as well as the addition of a new modern 15-unit apartments located between the historic structures. Fora provided the landscape design that tied the buildings and spaces together, with amenity courtyards, streetscape that preserved existing significant trees, and lush plantings. The project received the top Seattle AIA Honor Award and Neighborhood Preservation Award from Historic Seattle.
