Project Overview
AUS20 is an 18 story office tower located in Austin, Texas, that has been leased by Amazon as part of their ongoing effort to expand their presence in Austin. Located in the newly-zoned Domain neighborhood, the AUS20 tower has a combination of workspace, amenities, and food service programs. The landscape scope included developing the Level 10 terrace along with an optional concepts for the Level 18 and 13 roof terraces. Taking inspiration from local materials and regional plantings, Fora designed a lush roof deck that provides all-season weather protection and amenities, fire pit lounge, and stepped local limestone block elements.
