Project Overview
The Costco Corporate Campus Issaquah Headquarters Addition opened at its 30-acre campus in 2023. Divided into two primary buildings that are joined between levels 2-9, the campus addition is sited adjacent to the Issaquah Creek Trail and provides connections to the network of trails surrounding the campus and embraces its forested surroundings. Beyond the auditorium that faces Issaquah Creek Trail, an outdoor terrace is provided with terraced wood seating and a tree grove that provides a variety of seating opportunities for the campus and views into the wetland. Accent paving, steel planters, and benches connect the number of plazas that stitch into the existing campus to create a cohesive experience.
