Project Overview
Amazon Tahoe / Blue Shift is a mixed-use high-rise office building project at 1001 106th Ave NE will provide two office towers with 14 floors of office space and 12,976 SF of retail facing the street and public plaza below.
The main plaza along 10th street provides numerous seating and gathering opportunities and serves as a destination for the surrounding neighborhood. The plaza is animated along the perimeter by flexible retail seating areas as well as a mid-block connection between the two towers that provides a variety of site amenities including catenary lighting, bike parking, gathering and seating spaces, and a fire pit lounge. Large private amenity terraces are provided for each tower, and green roofs are incorporated into both office podium and roof levels.
