Project Overview
Located along the Ship Canal in Seattle, WA, the Emerald Landing Building is a refresh of an existing large amenity and green roof. Fora provided the landscape design for strategic updates to several amenity areas as well as adding an irrigation system to service the green roof and any added planting. Breathing new life to the Emerald Landing Building roof deck, the update uses lush mounded plantings, natural wood decking to add warmth, and updated amenities including a fire pit lounge, new dining and grill island, smaller seating areas for quiet moments, and viewing decks to take advantage of the expansive views of the canal.
