Project Overview
Located a couple blocks from Pike Place Market in the heart of Seattle’s waterfront Belltown neighborhood, Elara at the Market provides a number of amenities to residents including a dog run area, a large amenity terrace and rooftop sky-lounge with views to the Puget Sound, a lush private courtyard, and lush streetscape plantings.
Careful spatial planning was paramount to the project’s success, as the amount of amenity space was limited to serve the building’s residents. Fora worked with the architect and interior designers to create a successful terrace space with a series of outdoor lounge rooms to host a variety of gatherings and functions.
