Project Overview
Fireside Flats is located in the heart of Seattle’s Roosevelt neighborhood and enjoys adjacencies to the commercial core and light rail station. It also sits on the threshold to single-family homes and two distinct building zones. For the streetscape design, Fora created a modern and elegant design that was also layered and lush with plantings that embraced the residential character of the neighborhood, while acknowledging its close proximity to retail. At the roof terrace, a variety of amenity lounge rooms with areas for dining, herb garden beds, and a fire pit lounge that celebrates views to the water and Olympic Mountains beyond.
