Project Overview
Sustainable, Affordable, Beautiful Living
Zella is a 128-unit, seven-story apartment building in Seattle’s Uptown neighborhood with a LEED Silver certification. Developed with the city’s Mandatory Housing Affordability incentives, over 25% of the apartment units are affordable to those earning 60% to 80% of the area median income.
The project provides a number of amenities for the residents with views directed towards downtown and the Puget Sound, including an outdoor kitchen at the roof deck with raised herb garden planters, a variety of seating spaces for small or larger gatherings, and a dog run. Live/Work patios are provided at the street level.
